Calamity bezel inserts. These come with industrial adhesive backing already applied, you just need to clean the surface and apply.
Ceramic is very brittle, but scratch resistant. This means the bezel insert is very delicate and prone to breaking until it is installed. Please handle with care. The best way to remove the old bezel insert is to rest the watch face down in a solvent like alcohol until the adhesive is dissolved. Acetone or hydrocarbons can be good choices but may damage the paint!
